- There will be an all-church haystack supper and singing at 5:00 pm at the Fellowship Hall after the baptisms on January 25. Please sign up on the sheets under the women’s bulletin board so the committee can get an accurate number for planning. Use this link to help with food. If you have any questions, contact Sis. - Elder Bro. Frank Sauder will be with us on Wednesday, January 28 to share ‘God’s Design for Men and Women’.
- The minutes of the recent annual business meeting are posted on the church website for review. There is a link on the home page through mid-March, but minutes for the last several years are available throughout the year on the Church Documents page (password-protected).
- ACCFS will be hosting its 2026 Cultivating Connections Marriage Conference on February 20-21 in Goodfield, IL. This year’s theme is Walking Hand in Hand. More information as well as registration can be found at accounseling.org/marriageconference2026.
- There is an opportunity for a small team of 6-8 people to help on a building project in Altadena, CA March 2-6. All skill levels are welcome. Contact information for Bro. Mike and Sis. Susie Zobrist went out with the emailed announcements.
- There are Invite-a-guest potlucks coming up on March 8 and 22. It is not too early to think about inviting someone. We look forward to fellowshipping with our guests!
- Bros. John Schmidgall and Karl Edelman have been selected to serve four-year terms in the jail ministry.

- Our annual business meeting is tomorrow evening beginning at 7:00 pm in the Sunday School room. All remaining constitution and bylaw absentee ballots for members who will not be able to vote at the meeting may be brought tomorrow evening.
- The dinner and online/live auction fundraiser for the High School mission trip to Texas is this Saturday at the Fellowship Hall. Dinner will be served from 4:30-6:30 pm with the auction following. Information about auction items can be found here. Please contact Bro. Ted and Sis. Teresa Bachtold with any questions.
- Next Sunday is our collection for the Alms Fund. Along with checks or cash, contributions may also be made on the church online giving page.
- Fifty-five volunteers aged 6 and up are needed to package soap at the Wolcott Distribution Center on Saturday, January 24. You can get more information and sign up here. Contact Bro. Karl and Sis. Bethany Edelman with questions.
- There is a sign up sheet under the women’s bulletin board for anyone planning to attend the all-church supper at the Fellowship Hall on January 25 following the baptisms. If you have any questions, please contact Sis. Krystle Leman.

- We will have a New Year’s Day service at 10:00 am Thursday morning, instead of our usual Wednesday evening service.
- Our Adult Bible Class for any non-members will be next Sunday at 10:00 am at Northview Commons.
- Next Sunday is the last Sunday that the ballot boxes will be out for the absentee ballots regarding the approval of the updated church Constitution and Bylaws. All members who will not be able to vote at the annual business meeting are asked to submit an absentee ballot by next Sunday.

- We will have a Christmas Day service at 10:00 am Thursday morning, instead of our usual Wednesday evening service.
- Next Sunday is our turn for services at Fairview Haven. Please check the lists on the men's and women's bulletin boards for your turn; if you are unable to go on your Sunday, please find a replacement to help with singing and fellowship.
- There are still singers needed for the Sing-Along at Fairview Haven this Friday. Also, note the January volunteer opportunities include Baby Joy on January 2. Please contact Sis. Barb Edelman or Sis. Hannah Leman if you would like to volunteer and cannot access the SignUpGenius links.

- Our Sunday School Christmas program will be this Wednesday evening beginning at 7:30 pm. Students should be in their classrooms by 7:00 pm.
- It is time to update our church directory and dinner list. If you have changes, please note them on the sheets by the women’s bulletin board or send your updates to Sis. Susan Mueller by next Sunday, December 21.
- The Men’s Brotherhood group is planning three evenings at the Fellowship Hall next year to walk through a theme of ‘Broken but Becoming’. The dates are: January 15, February 19, and March 19. Please see committee members: Bro. Ernie Leman, Bro. Benton Kaeb, or Bro. Clay Zimmerman with any questions.
- The annual business meeting agenda, open positions, and other materials are available on the church website. One of the agenda items is approving the updates to our church constitution and bylaws. This requires a two-thirds vote of the membership. Ballots will be under the bulletin boards for anyone who was not able to pick one up after church. Please return the ballots to the boxes at church by January 4 or bring them to the annual meeting. The meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 5, 2026 in the church Sunday School room.
