  • Tomorrow is clothes sorting at the HarvestCall Distribution Center beginning at 9:00 am. All help is appreciated and encouraged.
  • Next Sunday is our Servant Fund collection. The HarvestCall Servant Fund supports those who are sent by HarvestCall to serve in our foreign missions. Along with checks or cash, contributions may also be made on the church online giving page.
  • ACCFS is planning an Abide week for August 30 - September 4 in Monticello, IL. More information and registration can be found on their website.
  • The fourth annual Grafted Gathering, an adoptive and foster family support day, will be held on Saturday, September 12 in Junction, OH. More information and registration are available on the ACCFS website.
  • Bro. Art and Sis. Becca Moser are the new contacts for Fellowship Hall reservations. Their information is posted on both bulletin boards. Reservations can also be made on the Fairbury church website.
  • The Elder Conference will be held this week in Ellington, CT. Please be prayerful for the elder brothers as they meet and share topics during the General Conference on Saturday.

  • Tomorrow is comforter knotting at the HarvestCall Distribution Center at 9:00 am. This happens every Monday morning, and it is a great opportunity to fellowship while helping those in need. These comforters have gone to Haiti, Mexico, Ukraine, the Navajos, and many others.
  • This Wednesday eve, Bro. Jason will have an exhortation on “Regeneration and Membership” It is not a member meeting, but all members and converts are encouraged to attend.
  • This Saturday is the annual Gateway Woods Auction. More information is available on the Gateway Woods website.
  • Our Adult Bible Class for any non-members will be next Sunday at 10:00 am in the conference room at church.
  • Registration deadline for the General Conference Goodfield satellite location has been extended to Friday, July 31.
  • Thank you to everyone who uses announcements@forrestacchurch.org to send in your announcement requests no later than noon on Friday each week (earlier is better). It’s very helpful to better manage any links and also have all announcement information in one place.

  • This Wednesday’s service will be in Fairbury.
  • The Single Group is hosting an Essentials Drive for the Forrest Food Pantry on Saturday from 8:00-11:00 am at the Forrest Post Office. Please contact Bro. Nolan Zimmerman or Sis. Lynette Edelman with any questions.
  • Next Sunday is our turn for services at Fairview Haven. Please check the lists on the men's and women's bulletin boards for your turn; if you are unable to go on your Sunday, please find a replacement to help with singing and fellowship.
  • Registration continues for the 2026 General Conference in Ellington on Saturday, August 8 and closes tomorrow for the Goodfield satellite location. The satellite location provides a wonderful opportunity to fellowship with others locally while watching the livestream of the General Conference.
  • On Wednesday evening, July 29, Bro. Jason will have an exhortation on “Regeneration and Membership.” Please make every effort to attend. It will not be a member meeting.

  • There will be testimonies this Saturday evening beginning at 6:30 pm for Roman Mueller, River Leman, Brock Schmidgall, and Lynn Walder. Elder Bros. Bruce Frank (Cissna Park) and Rick Plattner plan to be with us.
  • There is an all-church pulled pork supper and singing at 5:00 pm at the Fellowship Hall after the baptisms on July 19. If you plan to attend, please sign up on the sheets under the women’s bulletin board and use this link to help with food. If you have any questions, contact Sis. Lori Leman.

  • The HarvestCall Proclaim & Serve missions conference is this Saturday at Roanoke church. For more information and to register, please see proclaimandserve.org.
  • Next Sunday is our collection for Casa Vida y Esperanza (CVE), the children's home and school in Magdalena, Mexico. They currently have needs for a multi-use field for the school as well as updated security cameras. Along with checks or cash, contributions may also be made on the church online giving page.
  • The annual shrub trimming at church is planned for Saturday, July 18, beginning at 8:00 am. Please use this link to sign up for help with the trimming or morning break.
