• Our Sunday School Christmas program will be this Wednesday evening beginning at 7:30 pm. Students should be in their classrooms by 7:00 pm.
• It is time to update our church directory and dinner list. If you have changes, please note them on the sheets by the women’s bulletin board or send your updates to Sis. Susan Mueller by next Sunday, December 21.
• The Men’s Brotherhood group is planning three evenings at the Fellowship Hall next year to walk through a theme of ‘Broken but Becoming’. The dates are: January 15, February 19, and March 19. Please see committee members: Bro. Ernie Leman, Bro. Benton Kaeb, or Bro. Clay Zimmerman with any questions.
• The annual business meeting agenda, open positions, and other materials are available on the church website. One of the agenda items is approving the updates to our church constitution and bylaws. This requires a two-thirds vote of the membership. Ballots will be under the bulletin boards for anyone who was not able to pick one up after church. Please return the ballots to the boxes at church by January 4 or bring them to the annual meeting. The meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 5, 2026 in the church Sunday School room. Last year's meeting minutes will not be provided at the meeting. If you cannot access the meeting materials online, please contact Bro. Troy Lanz.

• Our annual collection for local food pantries is this Saturday, December 13 from 8:00-11:30 am at the HarvestCall Distribution Center. Suggested items include: toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, detergents, cereal, canned goods, and soup. Please contact Bros. Damon Lanz or Dennis Edelman with any questions. They will also be collecting blankets for the patients (18 mo-18 yrs) at the Children's Hospital in Peoria. If you have any questions about the blankets, please contact Sis. Rhonda Rudin.
• Next Sunday is our collection for the Brotherhood Operations Fund. This fund provides for general operations expenses of the denomination, including Onward Media, the Elders Teaching Resource (ETR), ACCFS, the AC Bookstore, The Learning Connection, and more. There is updated information posted on both bulletin boards. Along with checks or cash, contributions may also be made on the church online giving page.
• There is a need to replenish the HarvestCall European Church Building Fund. Over the past several years, numerous requests for repairs to aging facilities have consumed the existing fund. The Balingen and Breidenbach, Germany congregations both need larger church buildings due to Ukrainian refugees and additional brethren from other impoverished countries that have settled in Germany. If you feel moved to support this work, donations may be made through the HarvestCall website or by check made out to HarvestCall and designated for the European Church Building Fund.

• Tomorrow is clothes sorting and comforter knotting at the HarvestCall Distribution Center beginning at 9:00 am.
• Next Sunday is our turn for services in Heidelberg, ON, Canada. Bro. Arlen plans to go.
• Our Adult Bible Class for any non-members will be next Sunday at 10:00 am at Northview Commons.

• It is our turn for services at Fairview Haven again next Sunday. Please check the lists on the men's and women's bulletin boards for your turn; if you are unable to go on your Sunday, please find a replacement to help with singing and fellowship.
• There are many opportunities to volunteer at Fairview Haven in December, including the resident/staff Christmas meal and shopping with residents within the first week. Contact Sis. Barb Edelman or Sis. Hannah Leman with any questions.

• In two weeks on December 7, it is Forrest’s turn for services in Heidelberg, ON, Canada. Bro. Arlen plans to go.

• The HarvestCall winter work project will be rebuilding and repairing homes in Acadia Parish, LA. Forty volunteers are needed each week between January 11 and March 27, 2026. Online registration begins at noon Central Time this Wednesday on the HarvestCall website.

• The all-church chili supper and Christmas singing is Sunday, December 7 at 4:30 pm at the Fellowship Hall. This will also be a farewell singing for Bro. Mark and Sis. Natalie Schneider and family.
